Course Description
Talent management is the process of attracting, deploying, and retaining the talent needed for an organization to achieve its strategic goals. This course presents best practices for the systems that enable talent management: building a talent pipeline, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. It will explain how HR personnel can help identify high-potential employees and detail the benefits of adopting high-performance work practices.
