Course Description
This course immerses the learner in the situation of being a change management consultant assisting a traditional electronics manufacturer through the acquisition of a new company focused on e-commerce. The learner makes a series of decisions, each with varying consequences, as the differing corporate cultures merge into one under a tight deadline.
Students have 180 days from the day they are granted access to complete this course.
