Course Description
Effective communication regarding compensation and benefits is vital for any organization. Shortcomings in communicating total reward packages can result in a failure to attract or retain top talent, while effective compensation communication assists in improving employee morale, motivation, and productivity.
This course will explore methods and strategies for effectively communicating compensation and rewards, both company-wide and with individual employees. Topics in this course include alignment among key compensation documents, communicating about pay equity, the advantages and disadvantages of pay transparency, supporting managers in compensation decision-making and communication, and special considerations when communicating medical and health benefits to employees.
Students will have 90 days from the day they are granted access to complete this course.
