Sorting through the chaos of the Israeli-Hamas war that ignited on 10/7/23

Instructor: Beth Skinner

Who is Hamas? Why are the Palestinians in the Gaza strip? Is Hezbollah the same as Hamas, but in a different location? Is the term terrorist the right term to use? These questions and many more will be addressed during this presentation as we cut through the chaos of this disturbing war that has led to protests and political responses around the world.

Presenter: Beth Hill-Skinner, M.A.,M.A.

Beth graduated from Norwich University, a premiere military institution, earning an M.A. in International Diplomacy with a specialization in transnational terrorism. She brings depth of knowledge in the Middle East along with expertise in the field of both state and nonstate terrorism.
