Course Description

This course is about inspiring you to grow and move into your healthiest second half of life. Wellness has many aspects from how we move, what we eat, how we feel, who we are with, what we believe (about life, others and even ourselves). This will be a safe place to explore how you want to live in all aspects of life. Wellness is a continuum and wherever you are on the continuum moving forward is progress. We are saturated with information, but have you ever stopped to think about what it is you really envision for living your best life? We have spent the first half of life building and serving family, work and community; what’s next? What is important to you about aging well? This course will create a space for finding your vision for the next phase of life and ways to begin implementing it. It is an interactive class of thought-provoking discussion, supportive inquiry, and challenging. 

Outline: 
Session 1: Your Map - Introduction to Group and Creating a Vision
Session 2: Your Menu - What foods will serve you best
Session 3: Your Movement - How do you want to move? The E word and what that means to you
Session 4: Your Mind: How to work it to be its best 
Session 5: Your Mojo/Purpose - Finding your flow
Session 6: Your Mob - Who are your people? 
Session 7: Your Map - Taking time to circle back to you Vision for your Second Half of life. 

Other: This is not a lecture type class. It is a facilitated discussion/support group. There will be a few articles to read and a small amount of homework.

 

Bio: Fran is a Master Certified Health Coach based in Atlanta, Georgia with 7 years of experience as well as a yoga instructor. She has worked in primary offices, in private practice as well as with virtual coaching companies. Her holistic approach brings clarity, direction and positive support for her clients. Fran helps people live their best life by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be. By identifying vision, co-creating goals and objectives, as well as holding accountable, clients will reach their goals and change their lives for the better. We all have the ability to change within us. You are born with the qualities you need to be your healthiest, best self! Fran helps her clients reach each milestone, one at a time with an ultimate end goal of satisfaction and success.
