Is it time (or past time) to make decisions to downsize your life? Less real estate? Less stuff? How do you get started? Once you’ve committed, how do you move ahead? Join us as experts in real estate and professional organizing discuss some of the considerations and steps to moving into a new, streamlined life.

Bill Goldstein, an Atlanta native, is a realtor with Harry Norman, Realtors, with over 18 years of experience in residential real estate. About half of his clients are seniors looking to downsize, and he has helped many clients successfully downsize their homes and their lifestyles. Bill attended Marist School and was graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. Following successful careers in commercial real estate and the hospitality industry, he wanted to take his business expertise, service experience, and his love for people and apply it to residential real estate.

Bill notes that “moving and change are always challenging decisions, especially when you are older, settled in your ways, concerned about finances, not in the best health, or must share the decision with another person. Jessica White is the owner of JSW Home Concierge Services, LLC, in Johns Creek, Georgia,

and a member of NAPO, the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals. She has over 23 years of retail management experience and 5 years of professional organizing experience. As a “simplification expert,” she aids in organizing, decluttering, staging and in-home designing, among other processes. She is regularly referred by real estate professionals to help clients downsize their possessions, stage their homes, and prepare their new homes for organized living.
