Happy 2022! During the past year, we’ve learned that healthy aging is among the topics of most interest to Emory 60+. It goes without saying that Emory is a wellspring of current information and resources on that topic. Join us on Wednesday, January 26 2022 from 5PM to 6PM for the first in a series of three digital presentations on healthy aging. Emory alumna, Mary Lambert 81N, will discuss how we can all live into their healthiest and best lives.

Mary Lambert 81N received her doctorate of nursing practice in public health systems administration from Vanderbilt University in May. Lambert began her second assignment with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in Rockville, Md., in 2010. She currently serves on the Emory Alumni Board.

At our second healthy aging event, on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 4 PM – 5PM, we will join the inductees of Society of Corpus Cordis Aureum* for an exciting program that will feature Dr. Allan Levey of the Goizueta Institute@ Emory Brain Health. The program will be moderated by Jaye Watson of Your Fantastic Mind, an Emmy award-winning television series created through a partnership between Emory and Georgia Public Broadcasting.

Dr. Levey is a neurologist and neuroscientist internationally recognized for his work in Alzheimer's disease and related disorders.  Dr. Levey has consistently been listed among one of the Best Doctors in America. Under his leadership, the Department of Neurology is ranked among the top departments in the United States for research and clinical programs.
