Course Description
Instructor: Bianca Lee, BA, MA, MBA, Certified Yoga Teacher of Pranakryia School of Yoga Healing Arts; Ikebana Master of Ichiyo School of Ikebana
Yoga Asana (poses), Pranayama (control of the breath), and Vinyasa (series of poses coordinated with breath) are taught in Pranakriya style to improve physical strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Classes will become progressively challenging but, postures can be adjusted up or down to suit individual needs. Explore, Expand and Experience the Spiritual Depth of Yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat. Total cost: $99. Minimum 6 students.
