Course Description

Instructor: Marissa Sequeira

This four-week course will examine the various regions and culture of India and show how food transcends time and their significance in Indian history. We will discuss local herbs and their use in cooking. We will view videos on local food habits of various regions of India. In each class, we will sample food from that region: North India, South India, West India, East India, and Goa. Course fee: $105 member/$125 non-member.
