Course Description

Instructor: Betsy Hanner

A 4-week journey of self-discovery and healing through the power of the breath. This gentle and simple style of breathwork utilizes a controlled 3-part breathing pattern, where we actively breathe in and out of an open mouth. We LIE DOWN for this particular meditation. Students will need to bring a yoga mat (or blanket) and an eye cover (ie, eye pillow/handkerchief/scarf). Course fee: $45 member/$65 non-member.
