“Bones, Muscles and Brains: Your Aging Strong Plan� is a 70-minute program to educate and empower active adults to adopt a sustainable lifestyle aimed at preventing bone, muscle loss, preserving memory and improving mental health; all with the goal of maintaining health and independence.

Lisa Goussetis, PT, CCTT - Physical Therapist, graduated from Boston University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Her two specialties are treating TMJ and osteoporosis patients. She has presented American Bone Health workshops and community events and serves on the Education Advisory Committee, a group of Peer Educators who help to guide the development of the organization.

Paul Moore, PhD, MBA, MS, RD, LDN, is a Lecturer and the Director of Dietetic Internship at Appalachian State University. Prior to this he worked at a medical fitness facility for 14 years. He has received many awards, including the Excellence in Weight Management Practice award and the Today’s Dietitian Magazine’s Top 10 RD’s in the US Making a Difference.
