It’s a combination of Bollywood inspired dance and yoga. It is a mix of physical movement and wellbeing that yoga fosters.The purpose of yoga is to build strength awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. If you like to dance and want to get the effective benefits of yoga then this is for you; A total body workout having positive impact on body and soul!! Course fee: $50 member/$70 non-member. Max 25 students.
