Instructor: Nancy Weisman, PhD, Licensed Psychologist
This course will be held January 25-March 15, 2018
Students will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, its roots in Buddhism and how it may help in the aging process. Textbook: Mindfulness in Plain English (Gunaratana). Since the class format is primarily experiential and discussion, prior class members are welcome. Limited to 30 students.
Nancy has served as a psychologist in private practice for more than 20 years, and has practiced mindfulness meditation for 9 years.
