Course Description

Take a Virtual Tour of Ancient Rome! We will visit an iconic site each week and lesser known and visited sites around them. We will examine the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Palatine Hill, and the Pantheon in some detail, and then visit places you probably passed by without knowing their significance (e.g., where Julius Caesar was assassinated and no, it wasn’t in the Forum!). Each week’s tour is designed to easily accessible by walking or a short car/cab/bus ride. If you are interested in Ancient Rome and history, come see where it all started. Omnes ad Zoom ut Romam Antiquam visitemus!
