Course Description
This course is an elective in the Paralegal Certificate but may also be taken as a standalone course. This course is offered once per year.This course provides an analysis of the basic principles involved in real and personal property law, as well as a practical understanding of real estate transactions, land lord-tenant issues, and land use restrictions.
