Course Description
Inclusive leaders maximize their team's potential. According to a 2020 McKinsey & Company study, the most diverse companies are now more likely than ever to outperform the profitability of their less diverse peers. In today's environment, leading inclusively and equitably across differences is a key skill every successful leader must possess. Building a supportive and inclusive culture is absolutely critical. Our interactive half-day session will challenge participants to gain awareness of their biases, including unconscious predispositions. Interactive exercises will provide knowledge, skills, and effective tools for successfully leading diverse teams.
