'Teamwork' is a common tenet of many companies—but how do leaders successfully develop high-performing teams while fostering a harmonious, culturally-driven environment?   • Virtual teams
  • Similarities among and differences between traditional teams and virtual teams
  • Defining the leader's roles and strategies for distance management

Lesson 5.

  • Recap and Action Plans
  • Session concludes with the content review and action planning
