3795 - Psychological Theories and Approaches to Human Behavior (Enid Susan Carlin)
Course Description
Instructor: Enid Susan Carlin
Why do people think, feel, and behave the way they do? This interactive six-week course explores a variety of psychological theories and approaches to understanding human behavior and how they relate to your own life experiences. Drawing upon decades of professional experience in counseling psychology, the instructor will introduce key concepts that help explain personality, motivation, relationships, emotional responses, and personal growth.
Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own experiences and share observations in a supportive group setting. Through discussion and guided exploration, the course aims to foster greater self-awareness, deeper understanding of others, and insight into the many factors that influence human behavior. No prior background in psychology is required—just a curiosity about what makes people tick.
