Course Description
Ninety-five percent of Egypt’s land area is uninhabited desert. The other five percent is the ribbon of land adjoining the storied Nile River. Join Jeff Milsteen for a trip up the Nile, from Cairo to the Aswan Dam, and a few surprises along the way. We’ll also visit the brand new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), one of the largest new museums in the world!
Bio: Jeff is a retired attorney, having served for 19 years as Chief Deputy Attorney General of Georgia. He has also been an avid world traveler and photographic enthusiast for over 30 years. His work has been featured in numerous publications and exhibitions, most recently in a solo exhibition at the Callanwolde Fine Arts Center in Atlanta entitled “Shuttered: The Art of Abandoned Places." Jeff received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal.
