Course Description

Why should the young have all the fun?

We spend endless hours worrying about keeping our bodies in shape. Treadmills. Yoga mats. Pilates straps. But when was the last time you gave your brain a workout?

That’s what Neurobics is for.

Developed by Duke University neurobiologists Lawrence Katz and Manning Rubin, Neurobics is not crossword puzzles, not sudoku, not busywork. It is a science-backed brain fitness program designed to keep your mind sharp, agile, and young—no matter your age.

Unlike ordinary memory games, Neurobics stimulates your brain through all five senses—sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell—while challenging you to move, think, and react in ways you don’t normally do. Each simple exercise creates fresh neural connections, rewiring your brain for clarity, focus, and energy.

What you’ll discover

  • How to strengthen memory and concentration with quick, daily exercises.
  • Simple habits that increase mental flexibility and creativity.
  • The joy of surprising your brain with new ways of seeing, hearing, tasting, and moving.
  • Why mental exercise is just as vital as physical exercise if you want to stay vibrant, independent, and sharp.

A taste of Neurobics

Cross your arms across your chest. Notice which arm is on top.
Now uncross and try the other way. Feels strange, doesn’t it? That tiny shift wakes up your brain in ways you didn’t expect. Multiply that by dozens of clever, enjoyable exercises—and you’ve got the power of Neurobics.

Who should join?

If you’ve ever walked into a room and forgotten why you came in... if you want to stay sharp for your grandchildren, your golf game, or your next big idea... if you simply refuse to let your brain “retire” before you do—this course is for you.

Come laugh, learn, and challenge your brain in ways you never imagined.
Give your mind the workout it deserves. Join us this January.
