Course Description
Instructor: Al Schwartz
George Bernard Shaw once joked, “Healthy foods don’t make you live longer… it just feels like a long time.” This course is here to prove otherwise! Learn practical, creative techniques that make nutritious meals something to truly look forward to. With no need to change ingredients—just how you use them—you’ll discover simple ways to elevate flavor and enjoyment in everyday cooking. These methods were so effective, the State of Delaware hired me to train public schools in transforming their cafeteria meals. As a result, student lunch participation doubled in just two months. Join us and see how healthy eating can be both delicious and inspiring!
