3324 - Emory Healthy Kitchen Collaborative
Course Description
Chronic diseases are the leading cause of death and rising healthcare costs in the U.S., but they’re also largely preventable through lifestyle changes. The challenge? Many people struggle to establish and sustain healthy habits, and the healthcare system often lacks the resources to guide you on how to prevent, manage, and even reverse chronic disease.
This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make meaningful changes to your health. You’ll learn how to optimize nutrition, movement, stress resilience, and more, all while gaining practical tools you can use every day.
What You’ll Experience:
We created this course with a team of expert faculty, including scientists, physicians, and specialists in nutrition, culinary arts, exercise, yoga, mindful eating, stress management, and sleep. Comprised of 10 modules, the course blends education with hands-on, practical application. Each module begins with a lecture by a distinguished expert, followed by interactive, experiential learning so you can immediately put what you learn into practice. You’ll also have access to supplementary resources, handouts, and materials to support your journey.
