Course Description
HR plays a key role in helping organizations train and retain the employees needed to achieve an organization's strategic goals. This course will present common frameworks for developing a strategic plan and techniques organizations use to develop and manage talent to further their strategic goals. The course addresses the key HR functions of training and development, performance management, performance appraisal, succession planning, and identifying high-potential employees.
Students have 90 days from the day they are granted access to complete this course.
