Course Description
Benefits packages are an important way for organizations to support health and wellness and demonstrate genuine care for their employees. A valued and effective benefits package focuses on benefits that support mental health, physical well-being, and financial well-being. In this course, you will learn how to create benefits offerings tailored to your workforce, and applicable in different work models. You will examine how legal and voluntary benefits support health and wellness and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. You will also learn about how to create a strong ethical culture that fosters employee wellness. By genuinely addressing employees' needs, organizations can offer benefits that support employees and strengthen employee engagement, retention, productivity, and other key indicators.
