Course Description

Instructor: Cookie Rubin

 

The class will include basic explanations of how to begin a meditation practice, encourage the continuation of one already in progress, and will include sitting posture, breath work, notes on the benefits of meditation and simple techniques to establish a practice.   I will help participants with selected readings, video clips, and guided meditation. Dress very comfortably.  

BIO: Cookie is a retired public high school teacher of French and ESOL. She has been a student of meditation for over 20 years.
