2202 - Sweet! A History of Candy in America (Jeff Milsteen)
Course Description
Instructor: Jeff Milsteen
Just in time for Halloween, join Jeff Milsteen for a nostalgic exploration of the history of America’s obsession with candy. From the great American chocolate wars to the candies, chewing gums and mints we love today, we’ll take a look at the fascinating stories behind some of our most iconic brands and, in some cases, learn how they’re made. We’ll also examine the least and most popular candies and how our candy preferences have changed over the years.
