This basic level course will survey the current legal issues and techniques for controlling property while you are alive, if you become disabled, and when you pass away, while minimizing the impact of taxes, professional fees, and court costs. You will be provided a framework for handling the probate of a loved one's estate. Concepts perceived as complex are explained in terms everyone can understand and apply to their own situation. 7 weeks.
