Learn to train in the techniques that underpin good drawing skills. Drawing will give you the confidence to paint in any medium! Whether you are interested in painting in watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel or gouache, good drawing skills will greatly impact your abilities and lead to VAST improvements in your overall artwork!

Bio: Elizabeth has worked as an artist throughout her life and professionally since 2010, capturing portrait, figure, animal, still lift and landscape motifs! 
Elizabeth completed an intense ten-year Master Drawing/Painting Program, in Cloudcroft, New Mexico, 2009 – 2018, with the training of American Expressionist William Arthur Herring (Bill) of San Antonio, Texas and has studied the work of Bill’s mother, the late Jan Herring, of El Paso, Texas and Cloudcroft, New Mexico. Elizabeth returned in 2022, 2023 and will attend, in June of 2024, to take class once again.  She trains in both Eastern and Western Art Technique and Philosophy.  Elizabeth has spent this time, except for COVID, traveling and plein air painting in the fabulous US National Parks and UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Elizabeth serves on the Grandview Avenue Gallery/Atlanta Artists Center (AAC) Board of Directors as the President 2024. By taking her thirty years of outside corporate sales experience, Elizabeth called on corporations to find satellite show locations for AAC with the most successful AAC Gallery at Colony Square, in Midtown Atlanta.

Elizabeth enjoys passing on the valuable art training she has received to students interested in learning how to train in the skills of drawing and painting!
